WHY DOES IMPACT DELIVERY MATTER?

In today’s world there is limited scope to ‘fake it’ or cut corners. People know when organisations are inauthentic, and not only do they do call them out, they do it publicly. This harms the reputation of the organisation and creates mistrust in the marketplace. When everything is done right, and in a way that is authentic, transparent and accountable, the process of achieving purpose and delivering on IMPACT focus areas becomes very straightforward.

With clarity and clear direction everyone in an organisation can easily understand the IMPACT goals and works towards them. As a result, the success rate is high. The added bonus is that unlike previous ‘all talk, no action’ trends, IMPACT delivery has real substance and benefit. It is not about PR. It is not about compliance. It is about doing work that matters for people who need it!

In its most simple form, this framework is really designed to make sure organisations have a clear understanding of their PURPOSE, the VALUE they are trying to deliver, and the ability to demonstrate ATTRIBUTION – in other words, how their work has enabled or contributed to making a difference and creating value.”

WHY CHOOSE TRACTUUM?

There are many moving parts in an organisation. These include internal teams, stakeholders, clients, end-users, key beneficiaries, translation assistants and many more. Everyone has a role to play in the successful development, production, and adoption of IMPACT related deliverables. The key is to identify all relevant parties, communicate with them from the outset, and create a workable, streamlined plan that everyone understands and supports.

This is not easy but Tractuum has years of experience working with organisations in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of their strategic IMPACT delivery plans – a process we refer to as ‘IMPACT management’. We are Australia’s leading experts in IMPACT management, having worked extensively with government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations. Our considerable experience means we know where to start, we know who to talk to, and we know how to extract the relevant information and sort it into workable and achievable plans. We know what to mitigate against, how to problem solve, what to discard, what to keep, what to change, and how to bring it all together. The work of IMPACT delivery is too important to leave to chance. It MUST be done properly. When it comes to the the development of their IMPACT pathway, those organisations who want an exceptional result will often approach Tractuum for assistance.
